The dining etiquette in this region will be reviewed by first looking at dining etiquette in the Atlantic Coast cultures. Then, moving from north to south, the dining etiquette of Senegal and Gambia, Guinea and Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone and Liberia, and Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast). Next we will consider dining etiquette in the West African Gulf, we will look at Ghana and Nigeria, Benin and Togo, and Burkina Faso.
